Hi guys. I've cleaned up the BLAS code to take advantage of Slava's new specialized-arrays and functors code. I also used locals to unknot some of the more Gordian stack shuffles in there. Tests all pass again on OS X x86_64 and Windows x86. Yell at me if you guys find any problems on other platforms.
