Hi all, Over the last few week or so I completed a major overhaul of the UI event loop code on Mac OS X and solved a number of thorny issues:
- The Exposé feature should now work correctly with Factor. This solves the problem where switching from another application to Factor would sometimes leave the Factor window in the background. - Closing a Factor window now focuses the next window underneath. Previously this would leave no window focused. - The 'Hide' command now works and hides all Factor windows correctly. - Factor no longer uses about 5% CPU when idle. There is now no CPU usage at all if Factor is not the foreground app (when focused, the workspace has a blinking cursor which requires some CPU). This will improve performance when multi-tasking and reduce battery consumption on laptops.
