Can you clean up fuel.eval a bit? It should not be constructing
IN:/USING: strings and passing them to the parser. Instead, set the
'in' and 'use' variables appropriately. Also your 'fuel-static-stack'
looks redundant, since you can just do
[
... in set
... use set
blah
] with-scope
