Got the following bug from running the console version of Factor on Mac OSX.
To reproduce:
1) Start ./factor
2) Type something (e.g., "asdfsadf")
3) Type Ctrl-A
4) Type Ctrl-D
( scratchpad ) asdfasdfsadf^A

The die word was called by the library. Unless you called it yourself,
you have triggered a bug in Factor. Please report.
