running factor.exe terminates without doing anything. That's why I tried factor.com.
I'm suspecting some issue with my hardware. I'm on 32-bit only.

Works for me (although I usually use factor.exe rather than factor.com

- why are you using the .com version?)



I'm on Vista. Could you be using a 64-bit OS? You don't specify.

Factor is x86, so there may be issues with a 64-bit system.
