Thanks for trying Alex, that looks right to me. I guess it's not picking 
up the new relocation type (rt-vm), but I'm not sure why because it 
should be in the bootstrap images.

I suppose I need to find somebody who'll let me try this on their mac 
box so I can debug it. My boss is back from his hols on monday and I 
think he's got one so am hoping he'll let me ssh onto it!
