I am still ostensibly the maintainer. Better get doing my job.

I'm in the middle of starting up a business so I haven't had much time
for other pursuits recently, so thanks for the wakeup call :-)

Glenn Tarcea mentioned he might use it in his Berkeley DB wrapper, but
apart from that I'm not sure. One day my half finished Qt FFI will use
it.
