However,
{ } 5 append --> { 0 1 2 3 4 }
as if it were
{ } 5 iota append
All this is well and good, but since this use of 5 instead of a sequence
doesn't seem to be documented, should this use be avoided, or celebrated
as an undocumented feature :-) ?
