Can anyone recommend a good book or website that discusses modern OpenGL techniques (VBOs, shaders, etc)? My needs are modest, mostly related to particle system effects (last year I wrote a snowglobe app for the iPhone, and I'd like to update it to take advantage of the new GPU in the latest iPhone/iPod hardware).
