Hi Heiko, We do not have an OpenSolaris port currently, but we did get Factor 0.91 running on Solaris 10 way back, and Solaris is pretty similar to Linux and *BSD, so reviving this port should not be difficult at all. I imagine it would take a few days for me or Doug to set up a VM and get Factor going again.
However an OS to be considered "supported" by Factor, it is not enough to just write the backend code, we also need to have a continuous integration instance running that uploads binary packages. So, if you are willing to have an OpenSolaris box that is always switched on and online, then we could officially support OpenSolaris with binary packages once the initial port is done. As for QNX, a port to this OS would involve more work since it is less similar to *nix than the other systems we support. Perhaps I could mentor one you or someone on your team to help you port Factor to QNX?
