Hi Vladimir,

If you take a look at our basis library, we have bit-arrays and
nibble-arrays (4 bits) but nothing with 2 bit elements. Do you want to
cook something up for this case and contribute it? Perhaps we could
use a functor to generate 1/2/4-bit element arrays.
