It should work with aquamacs (although i have no way to test it), provided aquamacs is based on emacs 23 or later. There might be some quirks (e.g., IIRC, aquamacs uses a one frame per buffer policy that might, or might not, interfere with implicit assumptions in fuel), but i think it's worth a try.
