Hi,

As per the discussion in the channel, I tweaked json.writer so that it
now takes a dynamic variable to determine whether to perform
substitution of dashes into underscores for Javascript-friendly JSON
output. I also updated the documentation to bring attention to the new
dynamic variable jsvar-encode? that is set to true by default (as per
the original behaviour of the json.writer vocab).
