I think the line "ui.tools.listener: support Ctrl-Break interruption on Windows" should be in the Improved Libraries section, not in the New Libraries.
Also, not sure about "concurrency.distributed: fix serializing of remote threads".
If possible, I'd like my last name spelled "Ilin". Thank you for the credit!
