I have the following in /etc/fail2ban/jail.local:

and see in /var/log/fail2ban (short excerpt)>

But do not receive mail when bans are enforced. Is there another
configuration I need to set or ... ?
On my old server which died, I had an earlier version of fail2ban which
had mailing action specified for each jail and mailing worked.
