Hi all,
I have been using f2b for a while now and write bans to a file for permanency,
to be read and entered into IPT during start up.
Is there a way I can stop fail2ban reading log files on startup, and just have
it monitor new log entries?
The persistent database is there, but doesn't stop over 300 bans (and
subsequent emails) on startup.
I haven't been able to find any info on this.
Regards,
Jeff
