from time to time, some recipients of our XARF emails respond with "additional information required" or simply "thank you, the service has been suspended". We would like to record these answers with our ticket system (OTRS). Does anyone know of a way to use OTRS as the sender for XARF mails so that these mails already contain a ticket number when they are sent and not only when someone replies to them?
