But given that you want the recipe for foods with these ingredients makes me assume that you currently consume such ingredients: steak, onions, cheese, liquor etc. Most yoga sources, and my experience -- more or less, indicate that some if not most of these things do decrease prana, tejas, ojas -- or at least something good appears to get constrained. In your yoga tradition, are these substances considered ok? In your experience, do they have any diminishing (or enhancing ) effect? Throw in garlic, eggplant, mushrooms, eggs while we are at it. Any traditional views on these -- and / or experience of changing prana, tejas and ojas?
