Implied by the msg is that the offer should have been broadcast to
TM:ers around the world - has this happened?

The only source I have is this list.

The apparent problem in America is cynicism toward what's going on.
The problem elsewhere is that nothing is going on at all - regardless
of what initiatives that comes down from the TMO leadership. 

Collective comatoseness - it's like the Soviet Union before the wall
came down.

No wonder MMY is putting his hopes to America.
