Do a full sadhana with asanas and pranyama everyday, twice a day. No excuses! Be a fanatic in this department. Be spontaneous. Don't try to break attachments; this itself just creates more attachments. Engage in seva or selfless service at least once a week for a couple of hours. Worship God in whatever form you want. Surrender your attachments, both good and bad, over to Him/Her. Eat sattvic food, get plenty of rest. -Peter > > > > > > > > To subscribe, send a message to: > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > Or go to: > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/ > and click 'Join This Group!' > Yahoo!
