Technically, everyone who does not attend this course is sacked, except for governors working for TMO (International, MUM, Mother Divine, Purusha, etc.) Some of these people are already attending the course. The rest will go on the course when this one is over. For `logistics' reasons they could not send everyone at the same time. All governors who do not attend this course will have to do the whole TTC if they want to teach in the future.
