The very reason I can speak so bluntly is this: I know I am talking to my SELF, but a portion of my SELF that has long denied me and believes it can exist on its own. I am watching this snake writhe, twist, elude, distract, and bite itself (thinking it is biting another) to preserve its illusion of separation and superiority. But I see it now, and in its heart of hearts it knows I see it.
