MMY was going to come out with with suryanamaskars and if he was smart, chandranamaskars to go with them, with the approprite mantras for enlivening the appropriate impulses of the veda as one worked through the 24 positions. That was the rumor already like 20 years ago. That prolly waited for someone to cognize the ved in the body, and I guess Nader did it. Here I am talking like a ru. So then like, though, MMY doesn't want too many people reading Nader obviously. It would be a good book to pirate. I mean what bastard would keep info like that from the world. No, he had to make it into a program so he didn't want it to get out too quickly. Such things are called Nyasa. And such a program would be a kavacham. My guess is that MMY worked a kavacham into his program for his peeps. Some quick kavacham with focus on body parts done like a nyasa, or something along these lines. Obviously the premise is that one is the whole off the Ved in the flesh and by controlling ones own body one controls the entire universe.
