The quote posted by anon accurately describes the breathing technique that I learned from Art of Living. No amount of esoteric, ooga-booga vernacular can change the fact that all I experienced was hyperventilation-induced light-headedness. They do teach some advanced pranayam techniques that are practiced before the so-hum hyperventilation, and I found those quite nice, but they involve slow deep breathing, not fast hyperventilation. BTW, Google says that quote was taken from here: http://www.yogajournal.com/views/738_5.cfm Alex To subscribe, send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/ and click 'Join This Group!'
