Hi Rory and Llundrub,

An illuminating post to be sure. Now I understand where the bliss
comes from (concentrated Nature, so to speak).

Also Rory I was struck when I read your [spiritual] autobiography
how focused, dilligent and progressive you have always been on the
task of finding out more and more about yourSelf. Or should I say,
precise.

At first I couldn't conceive a state of consciousness such as
Brahman. However, I am clearer now that the process of evolving to
any 'higher state of consciousness' is always the same:

First we sense a lack (or an opportunity for growth), then we look
for clues on how to satisfy that lack, then we proceed along on the
treasure hunt, self-correcting as we go, then the goal appears in
sight, and finally we identify so completely with the 'higher state
of consciousness' that we sought, that we are experientially
transformed, and live fully that 'higher state of consciousness'.

The difficulty in describing such an event is that it typically
takes a reflection backwards to realize what has been going on, and
that the inner journey is just that, as opposed to an outer journey
which can be commonly described in common language.

Now I suspect that our ability to communicate with one another
[about anything at all] is precisely because we are all at least in
a hidden state of Brahman. How else could language and the tools to
communicate evolve unless we were all One? Or at the very least, so
similar as to make the differences between us a rounding error.

It seems communication would be an impossible task otherwise.

The strands connecting us begin to come into view.

Feeling as I often do, dumber and wiser simultaneously,
Jim
