It is a clear case. With a clear perpetrator and very non-complex to analyse. The thing s in Africa are terrible, but MUCH more complex to analyse and apportion blame and responsiblity. And no-one complains about China. In whatever cases you are speaking of there are many complaints and news reports. In fact, the amount of news reports on Africa is the reason you brought it up.
