One person had mentioned Tibetans another Africans. I mentioned mankind in general which would include ALL races and all atrocities in modern times that we are aware of."
Mr. Dixon, My original response was to your observation about "...culling the human race." Something you suggested as a possibility regarding two earlier posts concerning atrocities in Tibet and Africa.
