Exactly. The bottomline is that all we have is our own experience and the value (or lack thereof) that it has for us. For example, Alex took the Sudarshan Kriya course, did it for a while and concluded it wasn't for him. I took it and loved it. Think of the endless arguments we could have about who is "right" regarding this. What a waste of time. Vaj, you do not value MMY and his program. Your bias comes through when you appear to discount everything about MMY. Others just don't have that experience. For me and many other the siddhis are great. For you they are not.
