i am curious, in what sense did you "win" over the TMO? was it a "moral victory" where you just persevered and nobody was gonna stop you?
or was it a legal victory, setting a legal precedent for "independent" TM teaching. a friend of mine has been teaching TM at the old rates for quite some time, and he is always busy initiating new people. i would like to tell him about your legal victory, if thats what you meant ;-) g. The TMO did not take me to the Court. The treathen to do it, and I said "Do it". Then they withdraw. But you have to know the law and use a lawyer who is tough. You have rights as a citizen of a democracy - bless the democracy. The TMO is in some way afraid of the reputation, - and a courtcase could destroy the TMO completely.
