Actually there are toad lickers,
and certain toads contain both dmt and 5-meo-dmt both of which also are
naturally occuring brain chemical which have something to do with
visionary experiences, so perhaps Dr. Pete did in fact pick up an a spirit which
has as its purpose the higher experiences. My guess is that we all experience
these things but on different senses, so for some sight is more major and for
others sound, and for others touch, and so on. I believe we also
anthropomorphise these energies into a form that our intellect can grasp, or
diminish their experience because our intellect can't grasp them, and that they
have no exact shape per se.
