Hey, I've got office space in Boca Raton, FL, that I
need to sublet. Its windowless, furnished with two
leather couches and a large easy chair, desk, very
professional. $1000 per month includes own phone with
voice mail, copier use, all utilities. It's 20' by
18'. Building is open until 9:00pm. Big office, but I
don't think it'll fit a peace palace unless they're
getting smaller these days.
