******* Well, they were calling Earl Kaplan "Dr." before he pulled the plug http://www.enmag.org/12/12ministers.htm (Ministry of Global Currency), so that's a title that does not mean much -- certainly that so-called doctorate is not going to be awarded by MUM, it's just an honorary thing -- Bob Hope had 50 of 'em. The Kaplans will walk away with $50+ million from sale of Heavenly Mountain, why would they waste years on litigation that is unlikely to be a winner for them anyway?
