I think that after the falling out with the Kaplans, they could no
longer hold residence courses in Boone, and so they rehabbed a few
rooms at Liv Manor for that purpose, but it sounds like you're talking
about a major project to get the whole place livable, and I'm not sure
if it could be made compliant with SthapathyaVed, which is supposed to
be important. Bevan is probably just trying to hype his specialty
business (he needs to raise a million bucks to become a raja):

Rather than having an underutilized trailer park in Vedic City (by
bringing in the 100 Mother Divine from Boone), I think it would be
smart for Bevan to put Purusha there -- donors would feel that a
similar purpose would be being served by having the place full with
monks, even if they can't do yagyas yet -- TM mgmt is going to look
really stupid if they leave that trailer park empty or half-empty
vainly hoping that pundits are going to show up some day. MD could stay
somewhere else, or in a couple locations, until a new facility is built
for them in Vedic City or on the MUM campus -- no sense splitting up
these groups when we could use the numbers of meditators here in
Fairfart.
