It's really a strategy devised by Maharishi to help 'ground' the MD participants and teach them compassion for the poor. Once you've been reduced to begging yourself, it's more difficult to look down on other beggars. It's for their own good. Does that put me in the TB line or the Jaded line? No apologies if the latter. I'm sorry, but the lack of gratitude and simple humanity in the TMO is really getting to be too much for me to stomach. As much as I like the people here -- in *both* lines -- I may have to move on just so as not to have to read any more of this stuff. I don't care what the producers of TV News shows say: some of us really *don't* like watching disasters as they happen.
