Exactly. I made the same choice. It appears to be connected to our 
dharma; how we carry water, chop wood. Or a favorite of mine, 'see the 
job, do the job, stay out of the misery'. 

Even though we may be attracted to something at a particular stage in 
our lives, we should be careful over devoting ourselves to that. An 
example would be the attraction to be a rock star fairly common in our 
culture. Then see how many actually make it.

The more that we do which is adharmic, the more confused we become, 
and the harder we have to work to get our lives back on track. IMO 
this is why so much bitterness is directed at Maharishi and his plans.
