You are confusing Advaita Vedanta with Sutric Buddhism. Advaita Vedanta believes that Unity Consciousness, aka "bodiless liberation" (videha-mukti) is the highest form of liberation--all of the subtle bodies are obliterated. Buddhism should not be confused with nihlism, this is an erroneous View.
