That's an excellent point. In Waking Down, we do "gazing meditation", which I perceive as having been the spiritual transmission that fueled the whole process (I can't get through the writings, so I don't even bother with them). > When is it appropriate to trust someone else with your > consciousness, your body, your well-being, and allow their > vibration in? I saw Saniel and Linda at an intro meeting at the public library a few years ago, and I did the gazing with them. I felt nothing except embarrassment for having gone to the library to do goofy-assed newage crap like that. I walked out after the meeting with no understanding of or interest in WD. But, about a year and a half later, at an intro meeting with Saniel and Pascal (WD teacher who moved to FF), I really connected with Pascal during the gazing, and I decided to pursue it. It just felt right. Alex To subscribe, send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/ and click 'Join This Group!' Yahoo!
