Except that it's impossible to tell WHEN you're going to be 
enlightened. The most downtrodden time of your life might conceivably 
be the last major bit of "unstressing" you experience/undergo before 
enlightenment.

Realize that most, if not all, of Life's ills are due to your own lack 
of enlightenment: Either you wouldn't be making the life-choices that 
lead to the life-crap, or, even if they're not due to your immediate 
choices, you wouldn't be viewing them as total crap, since that's a 
function of your own state of consciousness. Either way, where you are 
at the moment, unenlightenment-wise, doesn't say a damn thing about 
where you'll be tomorrow.
