Personally, even though I have seen Kaplan's future for a long time and commented what would happen many times on this forum, as intuitive deep intuition, I, like most here, have no wish to see him embroiled in what appears to be a frivolous lawsuit.
Most of us have moved on and forgotton about Kaplan. We leave him to his golf courses and walks on the beach.
