--When the atmosphere becomes more sychronistic, then it is easier for "intention" to manifest. It's like when the collective consciousness is more lively with the experience of pure consciousness, then, there is a "super- conductivity" that is there; as if the pure, loving intention, is more supported by the atmosphere. In addition, when people are experiencing more of the nature of Bliss. then intention, tends to be more loving, more compassionate, which provides for more support of all the laws of nature.
