Among others of course. One GREAT thing about America is the fact that the Presidenst can only serve two terms , 8 years total. I mean it is true genius. Look at Thatcher, Blair, Putin, Mitterand, Kohl etc. I think the one thing that maybe makes democracy in America better than anywhere else is this one single factor.
