One rumor heard today was that John Hagelin was telling people that the pundits would be in Fairfield in 2 weeks.
Another rumor heard today was that Maharishi called Bob Wynne yesterday and told him to make it a high priority to get the pundits to Fairfield ASAP. Bob then set a goal for himself to get the pundits here in 2 weeks. Comparing these with the one that Rick Archer posted (i.e. that 200 pundits were already on a plane to Fairfield), I vote for the "goal of getting them here in two weeks" rumor as being probably the closest to the truth.
