While this is a good suggestion, it is fraught with deep
philosophical quandaries.

You see, when you first start up a chat list such as this
one, there is always a period of time during which no one
knows about it other than the list owner. During this
period, the list owner (in this case, Bob) really has no
one to talk to except himself. So, if this happened:

1) Would the multiple Bobs agree with each other? If not,
would they argue? And who would win?

2) Would the multiple Bobs have multiple Buddha-natures?
If not, and one of them realized enlightenment, would
   the others be jealous?

3) Would the multiple Bobs actually *listen* to each other,
or just try to achieve Truth Through Repetition and try
to drown each other out? If the former, would any of the
Bobs admit to learning anything new from any of the other
Bobs? If the latter, how would the new list be any differ-
ent for him than continuing to post to FFL?

4) If one of the Bobs told a joke, would any of the other
   Bobs get it?

5) Would Bob1 have to trade in his "Know Thyself" poster
for one that said "Know Thyselves?" If so, would Bob2
and Bob3 allow him to hang it if it didn't mention and
praise Maharishi somewhere in the text?

6) How long would it take for the number of Bobs contributing
to the list to exceed the total number of Maharishi pundits
in India? Would Bobs 1 through 3 do it?

Philosophers have built whole careers on lesser questions...
