The states has a visa program to give a green card to any foreigner who brings a million U.S. Dollars to the States & employs people. Have some of the boomers - collage educated sponsor there coming here to then employ them inn a business or a business they both conceive even farming see the Wall St Journal article on the same visa program in the WSJ on 5 Nov.07 front page.
