the new Yahoo Mail. In the left hand column where it says My Folders, create a
new folder and call it FFL. As your own FFL posts come in, drag them into that
folder. Yahoo shows you the number of messages in each folder, so if only your
posts are in the folder, youll conveniently see how many posts youve made in
a week. At the end of the week, delete them all and start again. If you want to
archive some, create another folder for that.
