1. It causes double copies of all "fixed" posts to those who read on email. They're going to get the original post, and then your "fixed" post. 2. It destroys any record that a person might use on this forum to keep track of how many posts they might have made. 3. It won't help a bit. The only thing this is about is your (whoever you are) need to try to force people to act the way you want them to act.
