yeah, like Rick says, that was the old Maharishi and Movement. 
That's why I still do TM--> started with the basic 20x2, went 
veggie, learned sidhis, stopped veggie, stopped sidhis, still do the 
basic 20x2. Conclusion? if it ain't broke...
