They are all broke and facing jail time the law is not finished  with them yet. Of course they could have been indicted and tried on the spot when the scandal broke but they would probably be walking free right now with their fortunes intact.Ken is the big fish and you start with the little ones first and work your way up the chain. The Layes are selling off all their properties to  to pay their attorneys, they are broke and will only get more broke with each passing day.
