Biden's strongest plus is that he relates well to people on all levels of 
society.  The guy is 
so comfortable in his own skin, and with everyone he encounters. His wide range 
of 
experience - I love to hear him in Senate committee hearings ( normally drop 
dead boring 
affairs ) - he quickly blows through smoke screens and holds feet to the fire, 
all in a 
humorous and respectful way.  A very strong VP candidate - with a good recent 
hair 
transplant, too.
