I'm guessing Rick feels it's just not worth the time or effort to try and get you to follow the rules, as opposed to the bad vibes you spout off when he does. He'll probably continue to let it go for that or a similar reason. Actually, I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize he went over. If someone else can confirm that he did, I’ll ban him for a week, maybe two, since that would be his 2nd offense. I’m not trying to get rid of him because he rags on me.
